Music plays an integral part of our
worship here at Fairmount and there are opportunities for
all to become a part. Rehearsals are held on Wednesday
evenings at the times listed.
Adult Choir –
This talented group sings in worship most Sundays. Practices
are held from 7:50 - 9:00 p.m. Our director of music is
Steve Rosenberg.
The Followers – This is a singing group
for youth in 7th through 12th grades. Rehearsals are from
6:30 – 7:45 p.m. The Followers sing in Worship once a month
and prepare a musical which they perform on tour each year.
The Followers director is Rob Koontz.
Heritage Ringers – This
group is for adults intersted in being handbell ringers.
Rehearsals are from 6:30 - 7:45 p.m. They add beautiful
sounds to our worship once a month. The Heritage Ringers
director is Mindy Way-Johnson.
Joyful Ringers and Chimers
– During Wednesday School children from 1st through 6th
grades have an opportunity to learn play handbells and
chimes. The children perform during worship 2 or three times
each year. Their director is Mindy Way-Johnson.
Other musical talent is frequently part of
our worship services including guests soloists,
instrumentalists, and vocal ensembles. Your musical talents
